The film was directed by Vincente Minnelli and produced by Arthur Freed.

Truman G. Madsen’s biography

Truman Grant Madsen (13 December 1926 – 28 May 2009) was an emeritus professor of religion and philosophy at Brigham Young University and director of the Jerusalem Center for Near Eastern Studies in Jerusalem. He was a prolific author, a recognized authority on Joseph Smith, and a popular lecturer among Latter-day Saints. At one point Madsen was an instructor at the LDS Institute of Religion in Berkeley, California.

The productions of In the Heights

In the Heights is a musical with music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda and a book by Quiara Alegría Hudes. The story explores three days in the characters’ lives in the New York City Dominican-American neighborhood of Washington Heights. The score features hip-hop, salsa, merengue and soul music. The musical’s 2008 Broadway production was nominated for thirteen Tony Awards and won the Tony Award for Best Musical at the 62nd Tony Awards.

One of the most popular and successful American country and western singers of his era, Robbins’ songs were often eclectic, touching notably on an array of world music. For most of his nearly four decade career, Robbins was rarely far from the country music charts, and several of his songs also became pop hits.

The Coaching career of Bill Cowher

Cowher began his coaching career in 1985 at age 28 under Marty Schottenheimer with the Cleveland Browns. He was the Browns’ special teams coach in 1985–86 and secondary coach in 1987–88 before following Schottenheimer to the Kansas City Chiefs in 1989 as defensive coordinator.

Mickaël Piétrus (born on February 7, 1982 in Les Abymes, Guadeloupe) is a French professional basketball player for the Orlando Magic of the NBA. He is listed at 6′6″ and is a swingman, playing both the shooting guard and small forward positions. Piétrus was drafted by the Golden State Warriors with the 11th pick of the 2003 NBA Draft, and is originally from Guadeloupe, a Caribbean island that is a part of France.

Allyce Beasley (born July 6, 1954) is an Emmy Award-nominated American actress. She is known for her role as rhyming, love-struck receptionist Agnes DiPesto in the television series Moonlighting. For several years (as of 2007) she has been the announcer on Playhouse Disney, a morning lineup of programming for toddlers on The Disney Channel. She also appeared briefly as a guidance counselor in the Reese Witherspoon film comedy hit, Legally Blonde.

The Longest Day Film

The Longest Day is a 1962 war film based on the 1959 history book The Longest Day by Cornelius Ryan, about “D-Day”, the invasion of Normandy on 6 June 1944, during World War II.

Producer Darryl F. Zanuck paid the author of the book, Cornelius Ryan, $175,000 for the screen rights to produce the film. The film was adapted from the book by Romain Gary, James Jones, David Pursall, Jack Seddon, and the author himself. It was directed by Ken Annakin (British and French exteriors), Andrew Marton (American exteriors), Gerd Oswald (parachute drop scene), Bernhard Wicki (German scenes) and Darryl F. Zanuck (uncredited).

The book was born out of a lecture Pausch gave in September 2007, “Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams”.

Pixel Perfect is a 2004 Disney Channel Original Movie. It aired on Disney Channel UL on January 21, 2004 at 7:30 and gathered 1.58 million viewers coming 5th in its cable timeslot.

Plot Summary

Samantha’s band, the Zetta Bytes, is meeting with little success, so her friend Roscoe uses his knowledge of technology designed by his father to create a holographic lead singer, Loretta Modern.
